#3 Contact an old friend.
Do you have an old friend that you haven’t talked to in a while? Or a family member you want to catch up with? Reach out to them to catch up or maybe even reminisce. These moments are probably what you need to feel good in the future.
#4 Do what you have been putting off.
Is there something you’ve always wanted to do but always set it aside because you don’t really have the time (maybe watch a little less Netflix? :-) )? Start by doing it now. It will make a difference tomorrow. This will not only motivate you to finish a goal or task, but it will inspire you to keep on at it.
