1. Cucumbers with Fixings
Cucumbers taste great and are low calorie veggies, but they can also be dressed up so many ways with so many fixings. Try sprinkling them with some sea salt, red pepper and lemon juice for a tasty snack. You can also use them to dip into hummus or a yogurt based dip for a yummy flavor combination.

Chickpeas are packed with protein and can fill you up without packing on the pounds. Try placing a can of chickpeas on a foil-lined pan, spraying them with cooking spray and tossing them with garlic powder and seasoning salt.
