With Pinterest and Youtube tutorials and ideas, the options are endless for styling little girl’s hair.  No more simple ponytail!  These are the days of the awesome mini hair-dos. I bet your hair wasn’t this cool in kindergarten!  Awesome hair styles for little girls.

1. Simple single braid

Create a headband of a single braid from the side of the head and tuck it on the other side with a bobby pin to hold it in place.

2. Messy braided bun

French braid up the back and then gather the hair into a simple messy bun.  Finish it with a headband.

3. Topside bun

Pull all the hair up and to the side in a messy bun.  Secure with bobby pins but let pieces fall naturally.

4. Twisty bun

Make several single strand twists and then pull the rest of the hair into a bun on the side.  Wrap and tuck in place with a bobby pin.

5. Buns for days

Pull hair into a variety of buns, pigtails and add different styles and sizes of bows and headbands to make it look more decorative.

7. Twisted crown pony

Twist two sections of hair around one side of the head and secure with a ponytail and a bow for cuteness factor.

8. Audrey Hepburn wannabe

This is the cutest baby bouffant!  Tease hair back and pull into a tiny french twist.  Then pull bangs to the side with some hairspray.  Voila!

9. Sweet baby braids

Pull hair into two simple fishtail braids and loop the ends.

10. Festive hair

This look is perfect for the 4th of July!  Section hair into 3 parts and secure with an elastic.  Split each part in half and pull (twisting as you go) to another area, meeting together and secure with an elastic. Bring last pieces in to two pigtails.

11. Queen Elsa Hair

Twist hair loosely around crown and secure into a twisted bun at the side.

12. Topsy-turvy

Pull hair into tiny bands and then flip hair through to make the little twists.

13. French-braided bun

Section hair into four parts, french-braid each section to the back and finish it in a pretty messy bun.

Pull hair into messy bun atop the head and finish with a cute wrap.  Adorable!

15. Dutch crown braid

Dutch braid around the head, pulling more and more hair as you go.  Tuck the ends inside for an infinity braid.

16. Top half crowned

Braid around just the top of the hair, leaving the bottom half down.

17. Fishtail for littles

Pull hair to the side, flip the pony and then fishtail braid down tot the bottom.

18. Bun and bow

Pull hair into a round bun and secure with a sweet bow.

Braid across the crown to tuck bangs back.

21. Ballerina hair

This sweet look is not as hard to do as it looks.  Simply braid around the head and then pull pieces loose afterwards.  It might take a little bit of work, but you can get it!
