#5 Quinoa Bites

In a medium bowl, mix 2 cups of cooked quinoa, a cup of vegetables, 2 eggs, and a cup of shredded cheese.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Divide them evenly in a slightly greased mini muffin tin.  Bake it for 350 F for around 15 to 20 minutes.

#6 Fruit Soup

Chop a fruit of your choice (plums, peaches, berries, mangoes…) and mix with a cup of milk in a container.  Chill in the fridge and eat when you want.
