Snacks That Are Utterly Perfect For Game Day

It’s finally fall and for most men, that means it’s football season!  We have to admit, it doesn’t get much better than hanging out on the couch on the weekends, watching football games all day long.  But you can only watch for so long until your tummy starts to rumble!  You need some delicious snacks that fit well with the season!  We’ve found a whole bunch for you.  Here are 16 snacks that are utterly perfect for game day.

1. Bacon-wrapped puff pastries

Um, bacon wrapped in just about anything is bound to get our attention.  These bacon-wrapped pastries are just perfect for dipping in sauces and we bet the texture is both crunchy and soft at the same time.  Heavenly!

2. Carne Asada tacos

This carne asada meat can be made in the crock pot and these tacos look seriously delish.  Paired with salsa, guacamole, and some sweet potato fries, you’ve got a great meal!

3. Sriracha Chex mix

Everybody likes Chex mix…and adding some spicy Sriracha is a wonderful way to kick up the spice and flavor.  These are really yummy– and so easy to make!

4. Crisp wonton mozzarella sticks

Mozzarella sticks are always great– but when they have a crunchy outer crust, they’re even better!  The cheese is melty and gooey and ready for dipping.  Yum!

5. Buffalo chicken taco ring

This is like a taco baked inside a crescent roll.  It’s flaky taco goodness that you’ll love– not to mention the yummy buffalo kick will fill your mouth with flavor!

6. Touchdown brownies 

You need these brownies right about now.  They’re absolutely perfect for game day and filled with walnuts, pretzels, caramel and soft chocolate brownie.

7. French bread pizza

Making pizza on a loaf of French bread is a piece of cake.  Seriously– slice the loaf, spread some sauce, cheese and toppings, then put it in the oven until the cheese is melted and hot.  Cake!

This is perfect for those Southern games.  Breaded chicken between two small waffles and coated in syrup…yum!

You’ll want to eat these potatoes with everything.  Boil the potatoes until they’re soft, then smash with a potato masher and pour olive oil and spices on them and bake until crispy.

Bread and cheese go together like peanut butter and jelly.  It’s just something you need in your life.

13. Fried cookie dough doughnut bites

Ok– these might give you a heart attack– but it’ll be worth it.  The dough gets all melty and gooey from being fried and the whole thing is a work of art.
