The sensation of being on top of the world is always experienced by the photographer Max Rive, who does not seem to fear heights like the rest of us do. Fearless, he climbs the highest peaks, even at low temperatures, in order to capture the views that not many people get chance to witness. This routine involves plenty of adrenaline, breathtaking views, sparkling rivers, starry skies, and memorable experiences.
Among the places he chose was Norway, which is famous for its stunning landscape and the beautiful aurora borealis. The city of the Dolomites in Italy also provided a photograph that looked almost like a painting. Max takes stunning panoramic photos to get a clearer perspective in the images, and to really give us an insight of how small we are in this world, next to all this overlooked beauty.
On his website, Max uses a famous quote by Christopher McCandless that says: “The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.” Photography really is something else.
