Pour 11.5 cups of coconut milk into a pot and add a piece of Shombo pepper, a piece of yellow pepper, and 2 tablespoons of shredded ginger. Add 4 to 6 pieces of prawns, seasoning, and salt and cook until the prawn is completely cooked. Steam the noodles in boiling water for a minute and strain and add to the coconut milk mixture.
